In the late 1960’s, William Elliott, George Fazio, William Clay Ford, Sr., and Bob Hope
joined ranks for the purpose of establishing an exclusive, private golf club in southeast
Florida – a club that would eventually rank among the finest in the world. The Jupiter Hills
Club they formed, with its two marvelous 18-hole championship courses, has achieved
the singular distinction the original founders conceived for it. It is today considered one of
America’s finest private golf clubs.  The Club is located just north of Tequesta between
the Intracoastal Waterway and Jonathan Dickinson Park.

No discussion of luxury living in the area would be complete without including Jupiter
Island.  Long known as an exclusive winter enclave for some of the country's wealthiest
families the area is now undergoing a transition to accommodate today's up and coming
leaders of sports and business, such as Tiger Woods and Greg Norman.  The town is
noted for its privacy and security (including waterfront police patrols), small town feel in
the club with golf course and of course, the spectacular waterfront homes, both on the
Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean.   Some of the properties run clear across
the island with Intracoastal frontage on the west and the Atlantic Ocean on the east.  At
the south end of the Island is Jupiter Inlet Colony with ocean access and the Jupiter
Lighthouse.
Admirals Cove is one of Jupiter's premier waterfront communities.  It offers 900
residences built along 5 miles of waterways and 45 holes of golf.  Within the community,
you will find a marina capable of handling yachts to 125 ft., a 75,000 sq. ft. main
clubhouse with full fitness and spa facilities, 12 Har-Tru courts and homes to
$ 10,000,000.  All this is located just minutes from the Atlantic Ocean via the Intracoastal
Waterway.  The diverse homes within also include Harbour Homes and Villas and
membership in The Club at Admirals Cove is required with the purchase of a home.
Taylor Woodrow built Mirasol on 2,300 acres in the heart of Palm Beach Gardens,
adjacent to the Loxahatchee Slough and with acres and acres on natural preserves
intertwined throughout.  Within the private, gated community there are 25 diverse villages
with homes from the $800's to $ 4 million, a 50,000 square ft. clubhouse, 2 golf courses,
at Mirasol is a bustling place with many social activities and a community park is located
on the Mirasol property.  The Honda Classic called Mirasol home for 3 years.  And,

One of Jupiter's oldest gated golf communities, Jonathan's Landing is an interesting mix
of many home styles located in 2 distinct areas.  The in-town portion is known as The
Village and being  located on the Intracoastal Waterway,  ocean  breezes are always
blowing on this course!  Out in our western communities, is the second portion of the
club known as Old Trail which is known more as a golfer's club than a country club.  
There are 2 courses here, The Fazio and The Hills.  Jonathan's Landing is the only golf
and country club in the area where membership is not mandatory with home ownership.
The Bear's Club is the realization of Jack Nicklaus' personal vision for a world class golf
facility in Jupiter.  Meandering through 401 acres next to the Ritz-Carlton, The Bear's Club
is home to a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course, a 40,000 square foot clubhouse, 68
estate residences, 17 golf villas and 11 club villas.  Prices run into several million, but
this is widely recognized as one of the premier residential golf communities along with
The Ritz, Old Palm and The Medalist.

Frenchman's Creek is one of Palm Beach Gardens oldest, luxury residential golf
communities and as such features luxurious, mature landscapes.  Built on 720 acres in
fitness and spa, 17 Har-Tru tennis courts, marina and its exclusive Beach Club in Juno.  
Estate waterfront homes abound in Frenchman's Creek and many of the home sites are
oversize by today's standards.  Some homes have direct ocean access through the
Intracoastal Waterway and Frenchman's Creek also has a Marina and unique Beach
Club located in Juno Beach where residents can enjoy the Club amenities at the ocean's

Frenchman's Creek
Frenchman's Reserve is one of Toll Brothers newest exclusive, gated golf communities
in Palm Beach Gardens.  The centerpiece is the Arnold Palmer Signature golf course,

Mirasol

Old Marsh
Old Marsh is another of our quiet and private golf clubs, located on the western edge of
Palm Beach Gardens.  Clubs of this caliber have no tees times and utilize highly trained
caddies.  The club is built on 450 acres and has received the Certified Audubon
Cooperative Sanctuary.  Like Seminole Landing, The Ritz and Old Palm, Old Marsh is an
exclusive community for those that desire understated elegance over a bustling, large

Old Palm
The Ritz-Carlton Golf Club and Spa, Jupiter is a private,  members only Spa and  Jack
Nicklaus Signature golf course.  The Mediterranean inspired architecture includes

Ritz-Carlton
A private, oceanfront enclave in Juno/North Palm.  Seminole Landing's golf course is one
that Ben Hogan once commented that if he could only play one course for the rest of his
life, it would be Seminole.  Some of the multi million residences here are located on the
ocean and what the community lacks in over the top glamor, it makes up with quiet
elegance.  Being a small community, very few homes ever come on the market.

Seminole Landing
Toll Brothers latest venture into the dynamic northern Palm Beach County marketplace is
