Riverside Drive Park
Lots of big trees, winding streets and no "cut- through" traffic. Many homes are on
cul-du-sacs. Location and schools are "A" rated and Maplewood is close to the
community pool, public library, Jupiter High School, Jerry Thomas Elementary, Jupiter
Elementary and Jupiter Christian School.
North Palm Beach Heights is one of Jupiter's most family friendly areas, especially at
Christmas. It has long been known for its street decorations. Located next to Abacoa, the
Heights residents can enjoy the Abacoa lifestyle at a more affordable price point. Abacoa
has a golf club, Roger Dean Stadium (Marlins & Cardinals), Abacoa Town Center, Florida
Atlantic University Honors Campus and Abacoa's Greenway system.
Paseos is a tightly knit, newer community built in the heart of Jupiter with preserve home
sites, a central boulevard and large clubhouse with playground, tennis courts and pool.
The homes have many of the desirable features of newer homes: higher ceilings,
spacious open floor plan, granite countertops and stainless appliances. Location and
schools rate an "A" and Paseos is adjacent to Abacoa.
Very interesting, small community of 2 bedrooms, 2 bath homes located between the
Jupiter Inlet and The Village of Tequesta. Originally built as a retirement community,
Riverside Drive Park is now a great place for families starting out and residents have all
the access to Tequesta amenities.
The Shores has long been one of Jupiter's favorite communities. It is built on the western
side of town using long winding, oak lined streets which meander around vast tracts of
preserve areas. It is a very large area and many different types of homes are in here and
there are several gated communities adjacent to The Shores: Cypress Cove, North Fork
and Loxahatchee Estates.
A small neighborhood of uniform and tidy homes off Indiantown Road. Classic Divosta
homes with live oak lined streets and very similar to The Hamptons and The Bluffs.
Location and schools rate "A" and still just 10 minutes to our beaches.
A small gated community of zero lot line, mostly 2 story homes. Close to Jerry Thomas
Elementary school, community park with playground, ball fields and racquetball courts.
A larger community off Loxahatchee River Road on the western side of the Jupiter Inlet.
Large lots, spacious ranch style homes and cedar roofs define the community.
Whispering Trails is located in a very quiet area of Jupiter.
Highly desirable, lushly landscaped neighborhood with large central lake and clubhouse
with pool. This area has always been prized for its aesthetic appeal and good, central
location.

and New Jersey) and the Boston area in Massachusetts.
Jupiter's population is served by two public high schools, Jupiter
Community High School located in Jupiter and William T. Dwyer
