Here are some steps that will make your search easy, smooth and productive:

First,  Automatic notification will send an email to you or your phone when Jupiter or Tequesta properties meet your criteria. You will know about these listings before most agents. Just let the computer monitor the MLS while you enjoy life then all you have to do is go over the choices sent to you.

Second, you will need the right agent with extensive local knowledge of neighborhoods, schools, and market conditions.  I have lived here all my life and chose Jupiter nearly 20 years ago as the place to raise my family. And, I focus my work exclusively in the Jupiter/Tequesta area and Club Communities providing you with extremely in-depth local knowledge.

Third, you'll want an agent who has experience with complex financial matters.  My career includes trust & estates and financial consulting as well as winning awards for real estate sales and I owned a business in Jupiter for 10 years.

Selling a home in Jupiter or Tequesta ?

Here are some steps that will get your home sold quickly and smoothly:

First: An unbiased opinion of your home will point out potential obstacles and hidden costs that could effect the final net price.  I'll go over these items in detail with you.

Second: Statistical, dynamic market positioning is the most critical element in selling your home.  This is the same method certified appraisers use and will position your house to sell quickly.  Most showing activity occurs in the first 3-4 weeks a home is on the market so I'll get you positioned correctly and keep you there. My last 3 sales were only on the market an average of 4 weeks each when the average market time in Jupiter is 130 days and 150 days for Palm Beach County.

Median sale prices of our nearby communities: 

 Tequesta: $ 315,000    Mostly older homes, larger sites and waterfront estates    

 Palm Beach Gardens: $ 240,000   Larger goegraphic area with all types of homes

 Juno Beach: $ 203,000      Mostly older homes, some with ocean access    

 Jupiter Farms: $ 235,000    Acre+ home sites to 20 acres

Tequesta's median price is slightly higher due to the amount of waterfront property along the Loxahatchee River and the Jupiter Inlet. While Palm Beach Gardens has many very large, country club homes, the number of homes in the PGA National community keeps the median price in the mid-$200's. Juno Beach is less than 5 minutes from the ocean.
